Mr. Rooney has worked for many years to elect conservatives at national and state level.

He graduated from Georgetown University and Georgetown Law Center, and was awarded honorary degrees from the University of Dallas and Notre Dame.

Mr. Rooney is the majority holder of Manhattan Constructions Company which has built stadiums, two presidential libraries, and many other large construction projects.

Congressman Rooney is a life long member of the NRA, and lives in Naples with his wife, Kathleen.
