We had an honor hosting Simone Gold, MD, JD who is a formerly board certified emergency physician and attorney. She graduated from Chicago Medical School and Stanford University Law School and completed a residency in Emergency Medicine at Stony Brook University Hospital in New York. She worked for the Surgeon General, as well as for the Chairman of the Labor & Human Resources Committee. She chose not to renew board certification with ABEM due to the medical cancel culture that is threatening physicians and the doctor patient relationship. Currently she leads the national movement America’s Frontline Doctors. Her legal work focuses on civil rights.
